In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or discrepancy between the English and Russian versions, the English version shall prevail and be legally binding.

    • we do not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, or medical advice;
    • you are solely responsible for consulting qualified professionals when necessary.

    3.Consulting & Educational Services

    • Consulting and training services may be provided individually or in group formats, live or recorded, online or through digital platforms.
    • Participation in any program does not guarantee specific results.
    • All materials are proprietary and intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

    4.SaaS Services

    • SaaS services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with third-party systems.
    • We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any SaaS feature or account at any time.

    5.Payments, Subscriptions & Payment Plans

    • All sales are final, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
    • Digital products, consulting services, and SaaS access are non-refundable, as they are considered services rendered.
    • Payment plans represent a commitment to the full contract value.
    • Canceling a card, disputing a charge, or stopping payments does not cancel your contractual obligation.
    • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access without release from payment obligations.

    6.Intellectual Property

    All content, including but not limited to:

    • text,
    • videos,
    • methodologies,
    • templates,
    • software,
    • SaaS architecture,
    • interfaces,
    • documentation,

    is the exclusive intellectual property of EVOLUTION IT MANAGEMENT LLC.

    You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, share, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

    7.Communications (Email, SMS, Calls)

    By providing your contact information, you may consent to receive communications related to:

    • consulting services,
    • educational content,
    • SaaS platforms,
    • account notifications,
    • updates and offers.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any service or account at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

    Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

    11.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

    You agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you hereby waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    12.Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    13.Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

    Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
